It's Krista Palakiko's birthday today and a few of us are throwing her a surprise birthday blog hop. If you've come here from Cyndi's'blog then you are on the right path, but if you just popped in you might want to hop on over to the beginning at the Lollipop Crafts blog. Why? Well one lucky hopper will win a SURPRISE PRIZE!
All you need to do is hop along to each friend’s blog, leave some love, then head back to the Lollipop Crafts blog and let them know you completed the hop. Who knows maybe along the way some of Kris' friends might be giving away RAKS of their own, so make sure you stop and give some love to everyone. The winner will be announced on Sunday, March 18th.
Welcome to your first stop on our "Freestyle Blog Hop" with The Stamping Boutique! We have a wonderful new design team and we thought it would be fun to show of our own style with this hop, so you will see lots of different images and projects along the way!
This hop starts today, November 11th (12:01 am CST) and will run all weekend ending on Sunday, November 13th (11:59 pm CST) to allow you plenty of time to hop. Now with any hop there has to be some prizes along the way right? Well this hop is no exception!! You will want to make sure to visit each design team member's blog and leave a comment as each one will be giving away one TSB image!
If that isn't enough to entice you to hop with us, well maybe this will- 1 random person (who comments on all DT blogs and leaves a final comment on this blog) will be selected to win the entire set of our newest line of images called the Smoochies. HOLY MOLY, now that is a great prize as there are 11 images in the line currently!!! You can see the Smoochies HERE!
I decided to create something a little different than the typical card, I made an altered frame. I have picked my wooden frame up at Walmart for $1, painted it pink, and then added a cardstock base. Next I cut lots of wonderful roses using my CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge in Baby Pink and HollyHock papers. The roses are cut at 3 & 5 inches. Finally I added this adorable "Smoochie Blowing Kisses" image and cut her out.( I will probably do another image and use some different pink copics as this doesn't quite match the way I want it too!) A little ribbon as a final touch and I have a perfect gift for someone with a tiny dancer!
So are you ready to hop along? Well your next stop is Jessica and I hear she has been a busy lady with several projects to share!
Below is your hop order in case you get lost along the way:
We are hosting a "Spring Fever" blog hop this month! We're all sick of the snow and would love a little sunshine and flowers to pop in so we decided to bring them on ourselves! And bring it we did!
You'll have to make sure you hop to every design team blog. Make sure you post on EACH blog post for TSB to be eligible for the prize, our 4 new spring images.
If you came her from Christy L's blog you are on the right track, if not you will need to start at Amanda's blog and work your way through the group! At the Stamping Boutique, there will be an Inlinkz where you can post your comment after you have completed hop! From this list, the winner will be chosen randomly!
The hop will run from February 19th 12AM EST and you will have until February 20th 6PM EST. After that time, the comments will be tallied and the winner will be randomly picked.
The Design Team used a sketch this month for our creations. And above is my take on the sketch! I raided my stash for my papers, the polka dots is from an older DCWV stack. The crocheted flower is from an SEI kit I had and the bling brad is from CTMH. Image is colored with Copics (W1/3/5/7, R81/83/85, RV000, BG13/15/23, Blender ) and is called Bunny Egg.

For those not not familiar with what we have been doing, we are doing a very special blog hop to bring some smiles to an AMAZING little girl named Bella. Bella is an 8 year old girl from NH, who over Easter came down with a near fatal infection that has left her without her arms and legs. She is very lucky to be alive as doctors didn't think she would recover from this illness. Bella is a true fighter and you can read more about her incredible story here: Bella's story as well as make donations if you would like. Erin over at Scrap, Stamp, and Be Merry came up with this awesome idea to host 4 blog hops, in order to shower Bella with some love and smiles from all over the world to show her how truly inspiring she is!
There is an awesome Grand Prize too for all you Fabulous card makers out there that join us in our mission to fill Bella's mailbox with love. Check out the Grand Prize package here.
Now what are you waiting for head on over to Sarah's blog to see her beautiful creation!
