Here is another card I made for the CCEE stampers challenge. The challenge was to use the spotlighting technique, which I have never done before and hope I did ok. Fi you look carefully you can see a scalloped circle which girl image which is pop dotted up.
Only thing I forgot to do was I was going to add some brads or something to corners of image, where I messed up punching (note: do that tonight). You can check out challenge details here.

Tools: ATG, trimmer, MS border punch, 2 1/2" scalloped circle punch, corner rounder
Miscellaneous: pop dots, ribbon, prisma pencils, OMS
