"Tag You're It" is our challenge this week at Lollipop Crafts and we are sponsored by the fabulous 

Little Miss Stamps. I worked with sassy lil' gal called "Linda Lee Hatter", which I have colored and then fussy cut her out and popping her up on my tag.  I created my tag using CTMH's Lucky Journaling Spots and then adding a little ribbon.  A few pearls in opposite corners and I have the perfect tag to attach to a gift!
