I am super excited to announce that I have been chosen as October Guest Designer for Victoria Case Designs. So here is my 1st card for the challenge this week over at VC Challenges. I used the Wish Upon a Star image and colored her with my new copics, papers are Basic Grey.

1. Victoria Case image is required. If you don't have one, there have been some great freebies available from Victoria Case. FREEBIES are available by email request.
2. Entry deadline is by Noon PST on Wednesday. If you do not have a blog, feel free to upload a link to a gallery at PCP, SCS or SNR-CU (when uploading to online gallery, please tag photos with VCAD1001). You can always email your entry as well. We don't want anyone to be left out.
